The QA man
Navyug Mohnot is the face of the quality movement in the Indian software sector, especially with respect to people, so relevant today in the wake of an impending manpower shortage crisis. The PCMM framework made famous by the CEO of Quality Assurance Institute (QAI) India focused on the triad of people, process and technology to achieve a breakthrough performance in organizations. Not only is Mohnot the first Indian to be invited to join the Editorial Board of quality guru Ed Yourdon's Cutter IT Journal, but also under his thought leadership QAI has a host of firsts in both assessment and quality trainings across South Asia. Launching the Global Center of Excellence for Workforce Strategy and Development in Bangalore in conjunction with the Indian School of Business has been another feather in Mohnot's cap in 2006.
