This year MindTree jumped 14 places to #6 on the HR score card. The company slipped seven ranks on overall employee satisfaction. Clearly, MindTree's biggest asset has become its biggest challenge today. However, there was a high degree of satisfaction in areas like office-hour flexibility and work-life balance, growth opportunity, organization culture, and work environment. Overall faith of employees in the management's ability to lead the organization on the right growth track was also high. Over 76% of the employees expressed a strong sense of belonging for the company. MindTree also scored high on overall image. Employees gave high ratings to its image as an employer.

Training could be an area for concern. Only 43% of the employees expressed satisfaction with training. Nearly 84% felt that compensation offered was below the industry standard. Something heartening for the management is that despite poor increments, only 13% strongly agreed that they'd quit the company for a 20% salary hike, while 53% preferred to stay back despite the hike, if offered.
