Induslogic performed relatively better on parameters like overall
satisfaction and culture, coming at #8 position in both. It also secured a good
#2 position when it came to being open and receptive to the ideas and
suggestions of its employees.
However, the company did not do well on employee parameters like image, job
content, training and appraisal. In fact, it came at the bottom of the Top 20
list on the training front. Another major area of concern: It came at #17 when
it came to its employees' opinion on whether the company behaves in a very
professional manner with its employee, suppliers, and customers. Among the
attrition factors, salary compensation (70.3% of employees) and growth
opportunity /career development (60.8% of employees) came across as the major
ones. It also needs to work on the excitement factor among its employees, with
respect to the work being handled by them.
