head, corporate HR

Even though Keane India improved on its employee score over last year, there was a dip in its HR score to #18, down four positions from its last year's tally. Though its employee scores improved, it did not register well with its employees. They ranked it at #19 as their preferred employer.

However, the company ranked fairly better in terms of satisfaction over salary hikes (#5). But, this was a disappointment when compared its #3 ranking on this parameter last year. In terms of overall salary, Keane was able to secure a decent #6 this year. Despite this, 53.8% of the employees said that they would leave on account of salary and compensation. Apart from improving on the employee satisfaction count, it also needs to get its act together to get its HR score back on track.
