HP's Global e-Business Operations in India is now a little more than just a captive center. Part of the work from HP's 10-year $3 bn IT outsourcing deal with Procter & Gamble happens out of Bangalore. Soon, the company's Chennai facility will also have commercial accounts.

Besides managing to deploy a consistent delivery model across all business centers, Global e-Business is now well settled in terms of the people. Some of the processes have also been scaled up for the next level of activity.
