wholly owned BPO subsidiary of the $60 mn Ocwen Financial Corporation supported
nearly all the global business processes including accounting services, mortgage
servicing, credit card services, real estate analytics and technology services
to the Department of Veteran's Affairs property management activities. It added
a new line of business this year: ACCES (advanced contact center enterprise
solutions)-the first, fully hosted and managed, Cisco-based, third-party VoIP
contact center solution developed for call centers.
