One of the earliest publicly listed Indian BPO companies, Datamatics consolidated all its operations in the US, under Datamatics Technologies (DTL) by merging its US subsidiaries Corpay Solutions and Saztec International. Though it suffered a loss in the US, the consolidated American operation still contributed 90% of DTL's revenues. Alliances bore fruit for the consulting practices-in document management & workflow DTL was Filenet's AP partner of the year, while data warehousing saw new arrangement with SAS.
