The euphoria over the acquisition of Determine Software's contract and compliance management solutions was offset by the earlier rejection of its bid to acquire I-Many. Organic growth too was achieved by launching the Enterprise Productivity Suite for Manufacturing (EPSM) as well as beefing up the overall EPS suite by developing two new applications. Its Pune IDC was upgraded to a Center of Excellence. Selectica's Enterprise Contract Management also found Indian takers-BSNL Pune and Reliance Infocomm became customers.
