ICICI OneSource has perhaps been the most aggressive mover on the M&A front for the last two years in the DQ Top 25 club. The momentum was maintained in FY '06: first, it acquired Rev IT Systems, a Chennai based healthcare outsourcer and its 100% US subsidiary Sherpa Business Solutions. Toward the end of the year, it formed a strategic partnership with Metavante, the financial technology subsidiary Marshall & Ilsley and one of the top three bank technology and payment processors in the US. In addition, ICICI OneSource announced organic ramp up plans by opening two new centers (one in Belfast and one in the north west) in Northern Ireland and a second UK center at Northland Road, London. Despite such growth, the company remains strangely reticent about sharing information.
