Brand iSeva got integrated into e4e, something which the latter hopes will help it gain significant scale, management efficiencies, better access to customers and funds for expansion. iSeva was majority owned by e4e before this merger.

The company added healthcare services business to its niche services portfolio during the year. It now employs over 1,000 medical billing and coding specialists and provides integrated EMR practice and revenue management solutions to manage processing  overheads, and improve patient convenience. The company has over 100 customers across verticals like financial services and high technology besides healthcare. Some of its key clients include a world leader in security services, a leader in delivering networking solutions for the Internet, routing and switching, unified communications, wireless and security.
