Sasken's HR initiatives are based on a vision of
'People First'. The company strives to design its HR policies that reflect
this philosophy.
Component-based compensation structure and high performance
work culture initiatives were taken last year. The new compensation structure is
dynamic in nature and aligns compensation strategy with business strategy.
The appraisal system was also restructured to address
growing challenges on compensation.

Towards empowering professional growth for the employees,
it set up a Development Assessment Center where each manager's leadership
requirements are evaluated. And then, based on the assessed requirements,
development programs are designed and administered. The Development Assessment
Center is an extended activity of Sasken's Career Planning and Management
initiative. Page(s) 1
