Cadence makes very impressive gains on this tally, up 14 places this year. HCL Infosystems slips on this parameter with only 27% of its employees considering it their dream company as compared to 47% last year
Note: In an open-ended question, all respondents were asked to name their 'Dream Company'. The percentage of employees who named their current employer as their company of dreams were used to arrive at these scores and rankings.
