Another of the smaller companies to make it to the Top 20 rankings, Mascon has the highest training hours per employee. However, it also had among the lowest scores on retention (ranked 17th at 58.2%) and the second highest attrition rate among the top 20 at 40.4%. It ranked 18th on Overall Satisfaction and did slightly better on peer satisfaction (rank 14th). The lowest scores were on Preferred Company – only 0.9% of total employees voted for it; and Preferred employer – only 20% of its own employees preferred Mascon. Consolation there- that was still a better Preferred Employer performance than HCL Technologies. A good 34.3% of its employees however said Infosys was their dream company and 20% said Wipro. Employees also said they were reasonably satisfied with all the attributes for which they had joined this company.
