RANK 12: i-Flex Solutions: Facilities & Resources

Employees were satisfied on the attributes that they joined the company for, but rated it low on ‘training’

Dataquest

Bangalore-based i-Flex Solutions fell in the rankings from 10 to 12 due to low relative scores on training and preferred company parameters. However, it did well on overall satisfaction (4th), perks & benefits (5th) and peer satisfaction levels (6th). HR parameters like attrition (rank 5) and retention (rank 9) also improved over last year. About 42.4% of iFlex’s own employees voted for it as their "Dream Company" (up from only 25% last year). Of the rest, 18.2% voted for Microsoft and 9.1% for IBM. Employees were fairly satisfied on all attributes for which they joined iFlex, except overseas opportunity. They were also satisfied with the company’s internal communications and the technology they were working on. However, iFlex got among the lowest relative scores on interpersonal relationships, performance appraisal system and work culture.
