Overseas subsidiaries performed credibly Merger of Melstar India Centric and Melstar Information Technologies

Mumbai-based Melstar’s revenues grew at 9% to Rs 79 crore. However, of the total revenues, Rs 34 crore came from subsidiaries and joint ventures in Ireland, Singapore and Australia. While operations in the US showed a distinct slowdown, it gathered good pace in the Asia-Pacific region. The year also saw the amalgamation of Melstar India Centric with Melstar Information Technologies.
