2002-03 was a year of spectacular growth. During the year, CSIL completed the acquisition of SYSTAT from SPSS Science, USA, and established a fully-owned subsidiary, Systat Software Inc. The company added products like TableCurve 2D, TableCurve 3D and PeakFit from AISN Software, USA to its portfolio. It also established an R&D center in Bangalore to work on future updates of its products and an MEMS research lab at the IISC campus.
