This New Delhi-based company has grown from being a reseller of HP and TVSE
printers to a regional distributor. Other than printers, the company also
markets hard drives, monitors, ISP services and storage devices. After a flat
year in 2001-02, the company managed to register a positive growth of 13% in
2002-03. Apart from Delhi, it has offices in Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal. For
the future, Micromax has plans to open up additional offices in Punjab and
Rajasthan.
