The company's overall satisfaction score is 70.7, far lower than the
industry average of 80.7. The company launched a number of new training
initiatives to ensure that training helped in retaining employees.
These new
training initiatives were designed with the objective of having fun while
learning. But the employees are singing a different tune altogether.
Only 69% of
its employees find the training relevant as opposed to an industry average of
81%. Just about 62% of its employees find this training helpful in their work as
opposed to the industry average of 73%. A long way to go for the trainers and
the coordinators at 24/7.

Just about 69% of 24/7 employees said they would recommend the company to
their friends, a statement that has the highest correlation to overall
satisfaction. And the industry average on this was as high as 81%. Another
aspect that should worry the HR manager is that 41% or as many as two out of
five employees would leave the company for a 20% hike in salary. This is almost
twice as high as the industry average. But the one redeeming point is that the
employees feel that the company does not discriminate.
