Therefore, all its employees felt they would recommend this company to a close friend, while 97% look forward to every day's work. Each and every employee is proud to work for the company, while only 14% would leave this job for a 20% salary hike. 

Result: Motif has one of the highest number of employees satisfied on all counts. It has also the highest job security amongst all companies surveyed. More than 97% of the employees also endorsed the positive work environment and the fairness of their workplace. 

Everybody respected its work value and ethics and 97% felt a sense of belonging to the company. However, it would be unfair to account each of Motif's successes to the limited ambitions of small town employees.

More than 88% felt the company immediately responds to any problems, 97% felt it put a high value on honesty and integrity, while more than 94% felt the training provided was relevant to their work.
