Intel, which strongly focused on fostering a friendly culture, open
management practices, work-life effectiveness, and fun at work during the last
fiscal, also scored ahead of some of the other BES Top 20 companies when it
comes to salary level. While the fun and frolic part helped keep employees
happy, a relatively good salary was just the perfect supplemental morale
booster.
The company has managed to keep itself ahead on the salary sweepstakes by
keeping a very close watch on what the industry and competitions offer.
Employees, according to the survey, have also shown their satisfaction with the
amount of training they get.
Some issues with regards to growth opportunities have also emerged from the
survey. The company attributes this to some of the niche areas which might not
have the potential.
