The HR team at Datacraft has been putting systems in place for the last two
years, to make it an employer of choice. And the path to that goal is through
the heart of employees. Hence, innovative concepts like LOVE award (living our
values everyday), wherein employees living by seven organizational values are
recognized and awarded. Then there is Live Wires, a committee of employees that
voluntarily organizes employee engagement events, and for that matter the Think
Health, wherein employees are encouraged to be healthy and the company even
provides fruits to them! The company also pays serious consideration to its
corporate responsibility, by organizing things like blood camps, etclittle
wonder then that the company was ranked the highest in terms of welfare
policies.
The job content, as it works with companies like Cisco, is one of the biggest
motivators for new recruits; this might be the reason why attrition levels have
come down substantially. But there is a lot that needs to be done within the HR
function in terms of automation and digitization.
