industrial and medical electronics, and energy and customers like GE Medical
Systems and Conzerv. It increased OEM partners to reach 1,000 by the year-end.

supporting only the global R&D. On the R&D front, the India development center
contributed significantly to the development of LoCosto and OMAP processors. TI
entered into a relationship with IISc, whereby it joined TIs premier research
network as the first university outside of the US.
