franchisee. Under this agreement, Sogo was also appointed as regional
distributor and direct retail partner. The company now intends to ship Dell
products through at least 200 of its partners in Karnataka. The company was

Four Soft announced its intention to merge with Take Solutions, and
currently the valuation and merger ratio are being worked out. It was a good
year for the company, Q4 being the most productive quarter with Rs 44 crore in
revenue turnover. It secured major orders, including a warehousing deal from
