worth $100 mn over the next three years, for scaling up India operations
including R&D. The company inaugurated its new India Development Center (IDC) in
Bangalore, the largest engineering facility outside of the US. The year also saw

Kasturi who had taken over after the demerger with Onward made way for Sandeep
Menon as the new MD.

Code-based solutions to MiFare, fingerprint, and now Iris recognition.
