The year saw 24/7 Customer more than making up for the loss of a major
account (Aviva). A growth of 17% may not exactly look astounding, but what is
significant is that unlike most others, its growth has been completely organic.
The underlying reason behind 24/7 Customer still holding fort, despite
sticking to a single service line and without acquisitions and entering the
domestic market, is arguably because of its mastering of the multi-shore
delivery model, with 35% of its people in non-Indian offshore locations (no
onshore)better than any other Indian company. All of that has come organically
and spread judiciously among regionsAsia, Latin America, and Europe.
