After the departure of Satyen Vyas, one of the promoters, the company was
realigned completely in terms of operations and business focus. Instead of
volume business, Vitage concentrated on delivering value based solutions and
services to its clients. As a result of these strategic changes its topline
suffered badly. Apart from signing up new principals like Emerson and Apple, the
company forayed into newer verticals like pharma and healthcare. Key wins
included Aizant Drugs, Samco Metals and Ujjivan Financials.
