Bharti Airtel has been named as the Service Provider of the Year and Wireless
Service Provider of the Year in the Asia Pacific region by Frost & Sullivan.

iSOFT Launches Diagnostic Imaging Solution
Acknowledging the potential of electronic health record , iSOFT Group, a

Nasscoms Budget Wish-list to FM
Even as the new government at its pre-budget memorandum, Nasscom has
recommended that the government should consider extension of the availability of
benefits under Section 10A/10B for units in STPI/EOU, and also bring about
amendments in the Section 10 AA of the Income Tax Act. The Indian IT industry

Internet major Yahoo! filed a lawsuit against the National Football League
Players Association seeking to block the organization from controlling the

Nvidia Gets 3D Vision to India
Nvidia, a provider of visual computing technologies, has made an attempt to
bring to India the Nvidia GeForce 3D Vision. The new technology would be
available at Aditya Infotech at Rs 11,490. 3D Vision is expected tobring a whole
new dimension to photos, movies and games.
APC Wins Green Award
APC by Schneider Electric has won the 2009 Green Enterprise IT Award for Energy
Efficient Products category. Presented by US based Uptime Institute, GEIT Awards
honor companies that have made a significant contribution to creating reliable,
sustainable, and energy-efficient data centers.
IT Budgets to Decline
In the first quarter of 2009, CIOs experienced significant IT budget
revisions as executives gained a greater understanding and solidified plans for
addressing the global financial crisis. According to a worldwide survey of 900
CIOs by Gartner Executive Programs (EXP), the Worldwide IT budget will decline
4.7% this year.
