The ICC Business Perception Survey was conducted by the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC), eastern India�s premier business organization.

The base was 60 CEOs and other senior industry persons and opinion makers from West Bengal, from leading companies including Nicco Group, Williamson Magor & Co, HSBC Bank, Hindustan National Glass & Industries, MCC PTA India Corporation and Merlin Projects.
