Integreon Acquires Datum
Integreon Managed Solutions, has acquired New York-based litigation support and electronic data discovery firm, Datum Legal. Although the amount is undisclosed, it is known that Integreons majority shareholder, Ayala has funded the acquisition and future expansion capital. Datum Legals, founder and CEO, Chris Egan has been named as senior VP.

comScore Acquires M:Metrics
comScore has announced the acquisition of mobile measurement company M:Metrics for $44.3 mn. The transaction also involves issuance of approximately 50,000 options to purchase shares of comScore common stock to certain M:Metrics unvested option holders.

Softcell takes IT Secure
Softcell Technologies has acquired IT Secure Software (IT Secure), a privately held specialist security solutions company. This acquisition is consistent with Softcells vision and strategy to become a leading systems integrator (SI) through continued investment in certain key technology areas including core infrastructure, security, and networking.
