What are Adobes plans in the new fiscal, in the user experience space?
Adobe is dedicated to providing rich and engaging experience to its customers across the world. All our tools are practically focused toward bridging the gap between technology and marketing. From Acrobat to Creative Suite3, Adobes objective is to provide technologies that enable the delivery of a better and cross platform (print, web, video and mobile) clutter breaking experience to our customers.

What were the main findings for the Adobe Scene7 survey conducted recently?
The survey was conducted to identify and analyze what online businesses plan to do in the next year to enhance their customer experience. Findings showed that more than 50% customers plan to deploy new features and rich Internet enhancements, including enhanced imagery, personalization, and user-generated content, to their sites, within the next six months; and 93% say they will deploy these within an year.

What may be the areas that qualify to be engaging user experience?
Any experience that allows customers to get the information they want, when they want, and is interactive, qualifies to be called engaging user experience. Some principles of engaging user experience include ease of use, drag and drop functionality, fast/responsive, and great content.

What are some of the popular software/technologies that would be the top choice for CIOs, designers, and the developer community for developing and maintaining websites?
From Adobes innovation center, we have a range of products used by people at all levels within the organization. Adobe touches the lives of millions of bright people every day with its various productsFlash Video, Flash Applications, PDF, etc. In the rich user experience segment, we also have products like Live Cycle, a management enterprise suite, and Flex, open source framework for creating rich Internet applications that are used quite often by developers and designers for their day-to-day work.
