Satyam Collaborates with Hungarian Academy of Sciences

Satyam, the global IT consulting and professional services major has announced its partnership with Hungary's premier science IT institute MTA SZTAKI. The partnership includes areas of joint effort in emerging technologies such as Grid computing and Data mining. Satyam's role will include efforts to take MTA SZTAKI products to markets, collaborate on research towards developing technological platforms and new service offerings, and tap new opportunities that emerge due to the synergies created by the collaboration. Commenting on the tie-up Rama Raju, Satyam's co-founder and managing director, said, "It gives us great pleasure to be associated with Hungary's premier academy. The tie-up allows us to leverage our synergies with a focus to help the Academy, while Satyam will benefit from the access to world class research and service capabilities to serve our expanding client base with customized offerings in these areas".
