MC Networks, a networking solutions provider for the enterprise, small and
medium enterprises and home users, has announced the launch of SMC8724ML3 and
SMC8748ML3 TigerStack™ 1000 stackable 24 and 48-port Layer 3 Managed Gigabit
Ethernet Switches. "As we know for any 1000+ Network Backbone of the
network should comply to high availability for port, high speed switching &
routing, high backplane and most important redundancy. Till now, this could be
achieved using chassis switch solution only but we now have a more effective
option in SMC's 10G stackable switches," said Sanjay Koul, country manager,
SMC Networks, India and SAARC.
