Wipro to Buy Infocrossing
Wipro has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire US-based Infocrossing and its subsidiaries, in an all cash deal of $18.70 per share, totaling $600 mn. The acquisition is subject to consents and approval from statutory authorities and also of the shareholders of Infocrossing.

Kale Acquires Zero Octa
Kale Consultants (Kale) and Zero Octa announced that they have signed a definitive agreement under which Kale would acquire privately held Zero Octa. The addition of Zero Octa will advance Kales vision to be the leader in the Revenue Management space.

Sierra Acquires ArrAy
Sierra Atlantic has acquired Bostone-based ArrAy for an undisclosed amount. Through the acquisition the Hyderabad-based outsourced product development company expands its operations to China. ArrAy has global delivery centers in Guangzhou and Shanghai. Post integration, Sierra Atlantics worldwide headcount would reach 1,500.

MS Acquires aQuantive
Microsoft has completed the acquisition of aQuantive, a digital marketing company. The acquisition would help Microsoft deliver on its previously outlined goal to provide the advertising industry with a world-class advertising platform across devices and media that would create the best experiences for users, advertisers and publishers.

Autodesk Buys NavisWorks
Autodesk has completed the acquisition of NavisWorks for $26 mn. The two plan to jointly develop and deliver a comprehensive suite of solutions for design and construction. The addition of NavisWorks technology to the Autodesk portfolio would help enable Autodesk customers to aggregate design information from multiple platforms.

TI Acquires ICD
Texas Instruments (TI) has acquired Integrated Circuit Designs (ICD), a privately-held company specializing in radio-frequency and integrated circuits designs. The addition of ICDs design expertise will complement TIs existing low-power wireless business and enhance its ability to offer customers complete RF solutions.

Citrix to Buy XenSource
Citrix Systems has announced that will acquire Palo Alto-based XenSource for approximately $500 mn in a combination of cash and stock. The deal also includes the assumption of approximately $107 mn in unvested stock options. The acquisition is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2007.

Megasoft to Acquire BCGI
Megasoft has announced that its direct wholly-owned subsidiary, Tea Party Acquisition, has commenced its tender offer for all outstanding shares of Boston Communications Group (BCGI) at a price of $3.60 net per share in cash. The board of directors of BCGI adopted the merger agreement.

Logix acquires ReckonUp
Logix Microsystems has announced the acquisition of ReckonUp, a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) product from Prize Corporation, in an all cash deal of $4 mn. The acquisition includes the assets of the CRM product, which include a team, customer base, and a technology platform.
