KLG Bags Rs 32 Cr Deal from the Utility Sector
KLG Systel announced that it has been awarded orders worth over Rs 25 crore from the Government of Haryana and Rs 7.5 crore from the Government of Rajasthan. With these new orders, KLG Systel has been awarded projects worth a total of Rs 100 crore in the month of September 2007. The order from the Government of Haryana will cover the implementation of a high voltage distribution system for the Gurgaon district. The order from the Government of Rajasthan will cover the modification and renovation of its consumer electricity network.

Capgemini Signs Five-year BPO Agreement with NXP
Capgemini, one of the worlds leaders in consulting, technology and outsourcing services, announced that it has signed a five-year agreement with NXP Semiconductors, the independent semiconductor company founded by Philips, to provide end-to-end finance and accounting ("F&A") services, including procure-to-pay and record-to-report.

HCLs New Contract with Celestica
HCL Technologies (HCL), one of Indias leading global IT services company, announced that it has expanded its relationship with Celestica, a global provider of innovative electronics manufacturing services (EMS), to provide SAP deployment and support. Under the terms of this three-year agreement, HCL will deploy and customize Celesticas SAP suite in a global delivery model across Asia, North America, Latin America and Europe.

Forrester Names i-flex Deal Leader
i-flex solution announced that it has been recognized as the Deal Leader and an undisputed heavyweight in the global banking platform arena by Forrester Research in the August 2007 report Global Banking Platform Deals 2006: Vendors. i-flex solutions signed the highest number of banking platform deals (48 out of 242 surveyed in the report) among a select group of fourteen vendors of globally deployed banking platforms that Forrester surveyed for the report.

ST Chips for Machblue Media Platform
Bluestreak Technology has announced that together with STMicroelectronics, a leader in set-top box (STB) chips, the MachBlue platform will be using its STi710X family of decoder chips. The MachBlue rich media platform enables enhanced UI and access to Web services including Flash video found on the Internet directly from the STB. MachBlue also enables the creation in Flash of all these rich media services and takes advantage of the STi710xs computation power and graphic capabilities.

Bank M deploys FLEXCUBE
i-flex solutions, a provider of technology solutions to the banking and financial services industry worldwide, announced that Bank M (Tanzania) has selected its flagship product FLEXCUBE as its core banking solution. Bank M (Tanzania) is the first Service Standard Guarantee (SSG) provider in East Africa and uses technology to deliver on its promises. i-flex helps Bank M redefine their technology strategy to create competitive advantage.
