And, not surprisingly, highest penetration of Accounting, Billing Applications, Inventory Applications and ERP are seen in the Manufacturing vertical. While BPO's high penetration of applications is understandable, BFSI's low score is a big surprise.

BPO and BFSI lead with the highest penetration of IT Services, in which hardware deployment and support as well as system integration lead in penetration whereas enterprise wide IT outsourcing has the lowest penetration.
