Education is the highest in planning for further investment in network products, followed by BFSI. Felt need for network products in the next one or two years for all other verticals is equally high. Surprisingly, BPO doesn't have much need for network products in the next one or two years. Probably most of the networking infrastructure is already in place.

IT Services/Software and Education verticals are the highest in planning for further investment in IT Services whereas BPO is the highest in case of actual adoption. BFSI and BPO are the lowest in planning for software applications. While this can be understood in case of BPO, where actual adoption is fairly high, BFSI in emerging enterprises turns out to be an aberration.
