Meena Ganesh, CEO, Tesco HSC
Meena Ganesh co-founded CustomerAsset, and has played a key role in setting up the Hindustan Service Centre (HSC) in Bangalore, the shared services arm of Tesco, the worlds third largest retailer. During her career spanning19 years, she worked at Microsoft India, NIIT and Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

This PGDM holder from IIM Calcutta completed her graduation in Physics from Madras University, and recently became a part of Tescos retail council that decides on all strategic moves.

Neela Bhattacherjee, Head SBU, Airlines Kale Consultant
Bhattacherjee spearheaded Kales acquisition of Speedwingsa division of British Airways, with four products and 18 customers. As transition project manager she was involved in setting up of Kales UK operations. Bhattacherjee also pioneered the brand building exercise for Kale in the airlines industry. Prior to her current assignment at Kale, Neela was director and CEO, Softcell Consultants.

Madhavi Dahanukar, Vice President & Business Leader, EXL Services
A qualified lawyer and a certified Six Sigma green belt, Dahanukar heads operations for one of EXLs largest clients and is their center head in Pune. She has 14 years of consulting, banking, financial services and BPO industry experience with institutions such as Ernst &Young, GE Capital, IDBI bank and MphasiS BPO. She has varied experience and has demonstrated skills in the areas of project management, risk management, operations, sales and marketing, and Six Sigma quality.

Devita Saraf, Executive Director, Zenith Computers
Devita Saraf has single-handedly led the launch of Indias first education computers and laptops under the sub brand Topper. She is responsible for Zeniths marketing strategy and also works on brand building.

Saraf joined her fathers business when she was doing her Bachelors from University of Southern California. Besides marketing, she also oversees the customer service department and is responsible for training customer service executives and personnel.

Chitra Hariharan, Senior Director of Engineering, ASIC Design, Open Silicon
Chitra Hariharan has built a great track record of flawless execution on several projects in various technologies. Prior to Open-Silicon, she was part of the core engineering execution team at Intel Microelectronics and RealChip Communications. Hariharan has over 18 years of silicon engineering and technical management experience.

She has held senior engineering positions at VLSI Design Center of ITI and supported several prestigious projects for the defense and the space industry. She received her Bachelor of Engineering from University of Madras.

Harini Chittor, India Lead, Leadership Development, IBM
Harini Chittor is responsible for developing executive and technical leadership. In her career spanning 27 years she was responsible for setting up the healthcare services delivery vertical and also held senior management positions in healthcare, public sector and life sciences in application services global delivery.

Prior to IBM, Harini has worked with Satyam, Apple and PSI Bull. An engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Science, she is an active member of the Indian Womens Leadership Council in IBM India.

Sangeeta Gupta, Vice President, Nasscom
Sangeeta Gupta has enhanced the interaction of Nasscom members, the government and the media towards Nasscoms objective of being a catalyst for the growth of the Indian software and services industry. Responsible for organizing and facilitating Nasscom events in India and overseas, Gupta started her career with Nasscom and has since then worked towards strengthening the association. She has a bachelors degree in Economics from Delhi University and a Masters from Delhi School of Economics.

Lisa Leonard, Human Resources Manager, AsiaPacific, Perot Systems
Lisa Leonards forte is infrastructure services, where she has spent the majority of time. A globetrotter, her association with Perot Systems dates back to December 1989. A quick learner, Leonard decided to learn Hindi as soon as she arrived in India, and she speaks it well. Besides being a recreational runner, her passion for philanthropic work keeps her involved in Perots Foundation activities. Leonard anticipates that with the globalization of human resources, Perot Systems can improve the teams customer satisfaction scores by providing stellar customer service to all of their associates.
