  • Extending the STPI scheme by a further three years, which is slated to come to an end in March 2010
  • Promoting innovation and creation of Intellectual Property and National Innovation clusters. Enhanced focus of government in shaping the innovation infrastructure will help tap Indias large potential for creating wealth.

  • Steps should be taken to provide bigger bandwidth/ flexibility for Indian companies to build operations in tier-3 cities, thereby providing opportunity for multi-locational working
