This Bangalore-based company entered the rankings this year at #15 with a HR rank of # 12 and an employee rank of #15. The biggest plus points for the company came from employee empowerment and strong 'people' factors. Significant numbers of employees strongly agreed with statements like “my manager is always available when I need help or advice” and “the company is very open to ideas and suggestion given by employees” where it ranked #7. 

As a result nearly 47% of its own employees voted it as their dream company giving it a preferred employer ranking of #7 and less than 5% of its employees said they would leave the company for a 20% hike in salary. Another strong point was the high rating this company got for its flexible office hours which helped employees balance work and life. However, salary was the biggest crib area where the company ranked below #10 across all questions. It also ranked very low on composite satisfaction (rank 18), company culture (rank 16) and training (rank 19).
