This Noida-based firm which entered the ranking last year at #19 has risen to reach #16, thanks to an employee rank of #16. However, some of its key strengths of last year-satisfaction on salary and appraisals-have been hit with a far higher percentage of people expressing dissatisfaction with their pay packages and salary hikes. More people also said they would leave the company for a 20% hike in salary. 

The company's strength this year, however, came from an extraordinary improvement in company culture, job content and people. More than 90% felt their work was crucial for the company's growth and more than 91% felt their relationship with peers made 
for a better work environment. Employee 
empowerment is at an impressive high as 
the management strives to improve employee morale even as they cut their headcount 
for the second year in a row. Result-more people chose it as the preferred employer moving it to #15 from #19.
