LoBs-viz. Shared Technology & Operations (STO), Investment Banking Operations
(IB Ops), Treasury and Securities Services; Chase Financial Services; and lastly Global Service Center Finance. However, all these functions were restricted to transactional processing only. Nonetheless, attempts were made to break the glass ceiling by shifting a part of offshore equity research, whereby 40 Indian professionals performed numbers crunching and prepare reports.
