Having embarked on the journey in 2003-04, it was in FY05 that Datacraft completed the metamorphosis from a pure network integrator into an end-to-end solution provider. India also became one of the principal hubs for all Datacraft operations across AP. Therefore, Datacraft consolidated its Managed Services operations in five STARtrac Centers across Asia into a Global Services Center (GSC) in Bangalore with Singapore as the DR center. One of the country's largest private insurance companies became the first customer at GSC.

SBI awarded a $1 million contract to design, build and manage a network connecting all its 57 offices abroad across 20 countries. On the SI front, Datacraft was appointed by Jabil Circuit India to set up an IP network as well as integrate IP telephony, security and wireless solutions at its second manufacturing plant in Pune.
